May you be enlightened

There are no unique tricks to meditating; no unique posture or breathing pattern is required. Once you have got it down you can meditate anywhere during any activity. Some readers have been successful in reaching this altered state of consciousness as they were reading about my sand meditation, perhaps you too may realize this altered state of consciousness as you read on
Sometimes meditation opens a door into the mysteries of creation. If we allow ourselves to pass through this door there is no telling what we may come across on the other side. Do not become discouraged if you have attempted to meditate previously and not gotten any remarkable outcome. Meditation is a fantastical process and it may take awhile to learn how to quiet your mind and open yourself to all the current moment has to offer you.
My meditation started as I was sitting on a beach. My hands were sandy. I rubbed my thumb and forefinger together feeling the grains of sand between them slipping away until only a single granule of sand was left. I could make out the composition of the granule of sand clearly as I rolled it back and forth between my fingers.
The longer I rolled the granule of sand around the more distinct my sense of the granule of sand became. The more detailed my experience of the granule of sand became; the larger it seemed to be. While I could clearly feel the minuscule granule of sand trapped between my thumb and fingers roll about across the creases and ridges of my fingerprints the granule of sand seemed to be increasing and increasing as I contemplated it.
The granule of sand continued to grow, encompassing the beach and then the world. Before long the granule of sand had increased to an immeasurable size and it now encompassed all of the design; yet I still possessed the tiny granule of sand between my fingers, rolling it about across the creases and ridges of my fingerprints.
The tiny grain of sand was closely coupled to every part of the design and all of the design existed within it, even as it existed within my grasp. I communicated with the grain of sand, aware of its infinite attachment to everything else; through the medium of the grain of sand I became aware of my own infinite attachment with all of the design.
The sand spoke to me of eternity. It told me tales about the design and the infinite nature of our existence in the design. From the granule of sand I came to realize that every tiniest part of the design is a living being experiencing the design and sharing in the process whereby the design makes everything appear.
My meditation with a granule of sand continually gave a feeling of intense bliss. It was an eternal meditation that transcended the time and place where it started to continue throughout all of the design. From time to time I would come back to this meditation, overcome by the wisdom and experience of a single tiny granule of sand.
