The Home Business Industry is seeing a large influx of Corporate Executives and we are now seeing the rules of the game changing. With their entry they are bringing leadership in developing sales teams, training top teams, out sourcing and strategic business alliances that reach Globally. These added competencies should assist in much higher success rates within the industry.

Just do a Google search and you will see a ton of advertisements that are from people that were poor or down on their luck but today they are rich. This is a great story and sells well, but the problem is that most of these individuals do not have the skills or in some cases the desire to assist you in succeeding. Some believe that is up to you to succeed the way they did (school of hard knoxx) or they believe that there is no need to develop a highly effective training program as this will cause competition. This is sad because there is more that enough for all. Do not fall into this sad belief.

How about from day one of joining an organization you are putting together a long term business that will pay you on multiple levels for extended periods of time. New members will not get marketing methods that would cost them 1000s of dollars to learn, be able to plug in to the latest in communication networks and have the ability to learn using the latest platforms in education to learn how to be successful. This break through will be huge. Another benefit that must be highlighted is having access to the best software on the market for completing certain tasks and you know it works.

Like any business, the home business opportunities need to provide training resources that will raise the success rates on the entire organization. The resources should be from top mentors in and outside the Industry you want to join. You see if you only have ideas from inside the industry, then you will be missing a large training component and your competitors will be right on your heels.

Your Attitude towards your new business and the time you spend on your business will dictate how successful you will be. Now this is another reason why you need a Global Mentor, to help develop your ATM: Attitude+time=Money ATM. Your Global Mentor should have this down and begin with you immediately developing this into your business mindset.

If you are going to be Building Financial Freedom, then you must use leverage and you the more leverage you have the faster bigger your business will grow. Leverage needs to be used in all facets of the your business model. You need to use it in marketing, recruiting, training, outsourcing and more. Don’t take this lightly as it will greatly affect your business.

Keep yourself motivated in your pursuit of Building Wealth. The motivation will assist you in getting over any obstacles that should try to stop you from achieving your financial goals. There are many ways to motivate you but it is much easier if you have a business partner. This way you can feed off each others energy.

Make sure you keep your finances straight and start to build your team. You need an accountant, book keeper, Attorney, Graphics person, web master, and so on. You should be building relationships with these people to allow you to concentrate on making money. This is the key…keep your focus and it will come.

How will your Leader / Global Mentor feed and cultivate your greatness? Each of us was born with the innate ability to achieve greatness in our lives but somewhere along the way most of us got lost and stop believing….settled on the premise that we will not be great. This is the saddest event in life except for losing a loved one. In a way it is the same thing. You must cultivate and feed your greatness. Just do it. Go for it.
